Broker Operations Software

The broker platform, ready to run.

Manage client enquiries, insurer submissions, placement, billing and renewals in one connected platform. Built for brokers and agencies in Asia, deployed as your own isolated database compliant with data privacy laws and managed by Continuum.

The market you're in today

You already have a way of running your business.

It's probably one of these four. Continuum is a fifth option that most brokers haven't seen because it exists in the gap between them.

01

Spreadsheets, email, and Word templates

Flexible. Doesn't scale. Renewals fall through the cracks. Compliance evidence lives wherever it happens to be that day.

02

A large legacy platform

Comprehensive, generic, expensive. Built for a market you're not really in. You bend your workflow to fit the software.

03

A modern multi-tenant SaaS platform

Fast to adopt and easy to operate, but your deployment, release schedule and configuration are controlled by the vendor and shared product model.

04

Build your own

Maximum flexibility, but you also own the development backlog, maintenance, infrastructure and technical risk.

Continuum is a fifth option a ready-to-run managed broker operations platform, configured for your firm and deployed as your own isolated instance.
The Three Pillars

A focused operating model for modern brokers and agencies.

PILLAR 01

Deal-centric

One record carries an opportunity from enquiry through quotation, placement, billing, and renewal. No bouncing between "leads" and "policies" and separate accounting. Every stage looks at the same object.

PILLAR 02

Managed platform

Continuum provisions and operates the platform for you, including infrastructure, monitoring, backups, maintenance, security patches and standard releases. Your team can focus on broking rather than running software.

PILLAR 03

Configuration over customisation

Continuum is implemented using supported configuration — branding, users, products, standard templates and jurisdiction settings — rather than client-specific software development. Where a requirement genuinely falls outside the standard platform, custom work may be considered separately as an Enterprise engagement.

The Workflow It Runs

One deal, enquiry to renewal.

Follow a deal through seven connected stages, then see how the same records feed reporting. Click through to see what each part handles — and what it replaces.

    What Makes Continuum Different

Six things that don't fit the front page but tend to come up in walkthroughs.

    Data export, on demand

Your business data remains yours. A super-admin can export business data and stored documents from the admin panel while your subscription is active.

    Capability-based roles

Users get operational capabilities, not fixed titles. A supervisor is one capability; system administration is another. You don't overload "admin" to mean five different things.

    Immutable submission and placement snapshots

When you send a submission, the system freezes exactly what was sent. When you bind cover, the placement is captured with its own point-in-time integrity. Later edits don't retroactively rewrite history.

    Producer & partner commission splits

Percentage of gross commission, on the deal, as separate Closing Advice records. No spreadsheet at month-end.

    Local jurisdiction compliance

Tax, levy, and regulatory-notice differences between markets are packaged as overlays on core billing. Thailand VAT + Stamp Duty is one pack. Hong Kong Insurance Levy is another. Your market can be a third.

    Partner-aware document rendering

Where your operating model runs through a licensed local partner (broker of record, MGA, distribution alliance), Continuum handles the co-branding, disclaimers, and regulatory attribution at the template level. No parallel document set to maintain.

    On the Roadmap

Live now. Coming next. Named later.

    ● Live now

    v1

The internal broker platform: deal-centric workflow, submissions, quotes, placement, billing, payments and renewal. In production use today.

    ● Planned

    Later

Insurer integrations, claims, extended analytics, expanded jurisdiction packs.

Roadmap items are indicative. New optional modules, integrations or services may be separately priced.

    How a Deployment Works

From first call to first bound deal.

A standard implementation is deliberately lightweight. We provision the platform, configure the supported options, migrate agreed current operational data, train your administrators and go live.

    01

    Discovery

A short call to understand your book, workflow, and jurisdictions.

    02

    Scoping

Written scope covering configuration, templates, jurisdictions, users, and timeline.

    03

    Provisioning

Your isolated instance is provisioned on our infrastructure. Your database, your users, your data.

    04

    Configuration

Branding, standard templates, jurisdiction packs, roles, product catalogue.

    05

    Data migration

We import agreed current operational records from a structured source such as CSV, Excel or a database export. Historical records, documents, attachments, complex cleansing and multi-source migration can be scoped separately. For smaller books, your team can also enter records directly into the platform.

    06

    Training

With your team, on your actual configuration and your real data.

    07

    Go live

With your first real deal. Ongoing support included in your subscription.

Estimated timeline: 4 to 6 weeks from scoping to go-live. Depending on data migration and training needs, some deployments are faster, some are slower. We work with you to set a realistic timeline.
    Trust & Technology

Built for broker workflows. Operated on proven technology.

Built from real insurance broker workflows in Asia, not adapted from a generic CRM. The platform is developed by an experienced team on mainstream, well-supported technology and managed by Continuum.

Each customer has an isolated platform instance and database on our infrastructure. Your business data remains yours and can be exported from the admin panel while your subscription is active.

    Frequently Asked

    Questions brokers actually ask.

Can I bring my existing book in?

Standard implementation includes one agreed migration of current operational records from a structured source such as CSV, Excel or a database export. This typically covers active clients, active policies or deals, and agreed related operational data. Historical expired records, documents and attachments, email archives, extraction from proprietary systems, significant cleansing and complex multi-source migrations are outside standard setup and can be scoped separately.

Who owns the platform and the data?

Your business data remains yours. Continuum owns and operates the Continuum platform, including its source code and underlying software. Standard subscriptions do not include source-code ownership or a software handover. Specific business-continuity, self-hosting or software-handover requirements can be discussed separately as an Enterprise arrangement.

    What happens if I leave?

You can export your business data and stored documents while your subscription is active. When the service ends, your access to the Continuum platform ends with it. Any additional migration assistance or non-standard software continuity arrangement would be scoped separately.

Do you host it, or do I?

We host it. Each customer gets their own isolated instance on our infrastructure. You don't need a technical team to run it — that's the point.

    Can I customise the platform?

The standard model is configuration rather than customisation. Supported configuration covers branding, users, products, standard templates and jurisdiction settings. Requirements outside that surface may be considered separately as an Enterprise engagement.

    How much does this cost?

Three standard tiers are based on internal-user count, with Enterprise arrangements for larger or non-standard requirements. A one-time implementation fee gets the standard platform live; the subscription is billed annually or quarterly. See the pricing page for details.

Do I need a technical team?

No. Continuum is designed for a broker's operations team, not developers. If you have a technical person, they can do more themselves — but they're not required.

Does it handle my product types?

Continuum is designed for commercial and specialty lines that follow a broker-led enquiry, market submission, quotation and placement workflow. The same core process can support a wide range of insurance products. Products that rely on real-time rating, rate tables or direct insurer APIs for instant quotation or binding would require additional integration or custom development — talk to us about your specific products.

    Multi-currency? Multi-jurisdiction?

Multi-currency is supported. Jurisdiction-specific billing, tax and regulatory handling depends on the available jurisdiction pack; ask us about the markets you operate in.

    Does it integrate with insurers?

Manually today, via generated submission packs and structured quote capture. Direct integrations are on the roadmap.

    Client portal? Claims?

Portal is v2. Claims is later. Both are named on the roadmap.
