Our sister company, Continuum Risk Advisory (HK) Ltd, provides insurance intermediary services in Hong Kong through a locally licensed brokerage partner. The Hong Kong business is also a customer of Continuum Insurtech, using our systems in its own day-to-day operations.
This relationship provides valuable practical insight into the challenges brokers face, from managing complex quotations and insurer relationships to placement, billing and renewals.

We believe insurance software should help brokers operate more efficiently without requiring them to become software developers or maintain their own technical infrastructure.
Continuum is offered as a managed platform, configured for each organisation rather than developed from scratch. We provide the software, hosting, maintenance and technical support, allowing brokers to focus on their own clients and operations.
Where requirements fall outside the standard platform, specialist development or deployment arrangements can be discussed separately.

Joe leads the design, development and ongoing operation of the Continuum Insurtech platform. He has worked on software systems for insurance intermediaries across Asia since 2009, combining hands-on software development with a practical understanding of insurance workflows.
