Pricing

Straightforward pricing for a real platform.

Three standard tiers by internal-user count. A one-time implementation fee. An ongoing platform subscription. Flat pricing within each tier, with Enterprise arrangements for larger or non-standard requirements.

How the pricing works

A standard deployment has two charges.

Implementation gets your standard platform instance live. The subscription covers continued platform access, infrastructure, maintenance and support.

Implementation fee

A one-time fee covering provisioning, supported configuration, branding of standard templates, one agreed structured data migration, administrator training and go-live. It covers implementation of the standard platform — not custom software development.

Subscription

Your subscription covers the platform licence, isolated instance, hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, backups, core maintenance, security patches, standard platform releases and standard support. The ongoing subscription is billed annually or quarterly.

Enterprise arrangements

Custom development, bespoke integrations, unusual data residency, customer-hosted infrastructure and enhanced software continuity arrangements sit outside the standard tiers and may be scoped separately.

Pricing FAQ

Answers to the awkward questions.

Why isn't there a monthly-only option?

Each isolated instance has real fixed costs. The subscription is billed annually or quarterly.

What does the implementation fee actually cover?

A one-time fee covering provisioning, supported configuration, branding of standard templates, one agreed structured data migration, administrator training and go-live. It covers implementation of the standard platform — not custom software development.

What happens if I outgrow my tier?

Move up when you're ready. The difference in subscription cost applies prospectively; there's no penalty and no additional implementation fee. Data and configuration carry across.

Can I get custom development?

Custom development is not included in the standard tiers. Requirements outside the supported configuration surface may be considered and scoped separately as an Enterprise engagement.

What if I want to leave?

You can export your business data and stored documents while your subscription is active. When the service ends, your access to the Continuum platform ends with it. Any additional migration assistance or non-standard software continuity arrangement would be scoped separately.

Who owns the platform and the data?

Your business data remains yours. Continuum owns and operates the Continuum platform, including its source code and underlying software. Standard subscriptions do not include source-code ownership or a software handover. Specific business-continuity, self-hosting or software-handover requirements can be discussed separately as an Enterprise arrangement.

What data migration is included?

Standard implementation includes one agreed migration of current operational records from a structured source such as CSV, Excel or a database export. This typically covers active clients, active policies or deals, and agreed related operational data. Historical expired records, documents and attachments, email archives, extraction from proprietary systems, significant data cleansing, and complex multi-source migrations are not included and can be scoped separately.

What does standard support cover?

Remote email support for nominated client administrators, covering platform questions, operational incidents, issue investigation and bug reports. New configuration projects, data work, materially changed reports, extra training, integrations and development are outside standard support and may be quoted separately.

What platform updates are included?

Core maintenance, security patches, bug fixes and standard platform releases are included. New optional modules, integrations, or features requiring client-specific implementation may be offered separately.

Can I self-host the platform?

Standard subscription tiers run on Continuum's infrastructure. Customer-hosted infrastructure may be considered separately as an Enterprise arrangement.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial. Every deployment has real setup cost. Instead, we do a full walkthrough of the working system with your own scenarios so you know what you're buying before you commit.

Do you take payment in currencies other than USD?

Yes — SGD, HKD, THB, GBP, AUD, EUR. Contract in the currency that suits you.
